Teen Read Week Art Exhibit at Lake Travis Library

In November and December the Lake Travis Community Library will display artwork from the annual Teen Read Week Art Contest, a competition where participants were invited to create an original piece of art inspired by their personal reading experiences. The exhibit will include the six award-winning entries and five honorable mentions.

“We are absolutely amazed by the creativity and quality of the entries again this year. Kudos to all the young artists who participated.” – Judges Ben Kuenemann, Ann Neighbors, and Pam Sachant.

Thanks to the Friends of the Library, cash prizes were awarded to the winners. All are welcome to view this special exhibit in the library’s meeting room. Congratulations to this year’s winners!
