A Glimpse into Penny Jamrack’s Artistic World

Renowned Lakeway artist Penny Jamrack will grace the Lake Travis Community Library this November with an enchanting exhibition of her watercolor and acrylic paintings.

Originally from England, Penny has lived in several countries before settling in Texas in 1977. Retiring from a career in software development in 1997, she turned her attention to her artistic passions, particularly watercolor and acrylic painting. Her studies have taken her to Australia, Austin, and Bozeman, Montana, where she learned from accomplished artists.

Inspired by the natural world, Penny’s works often feature the beauty of plants, birds, and animals. Her interest also extends to portraiture, capturing the likeness of famous musicians and political figures.

Join us for a special artist reception on Saturday, November 2nd, from 2 to 4 PM at the Lake Travis Community Library to celebrate Penny’s stunning creations. All are invited to attend her free art demonstration on Tuesday, November 19th at 10:30 AM.

We look forward to seeing you there!
