Arts in the Afternoon with October Masterpiece Concert

Join us for another chamber music concert in the Masterpiece Concert Series, taking place on Sunday, October 4th from 4-5:30pm at the Lakeway Activity Center. Enjoy the exquisite melodies of renowned musicians Andrew and Sari Pearce, accompanied by their esteemed guests from around the globe. This free, family-friendly event is part of the Lakeway Arts in the Afternoon concert series.

Repertoire:

• Robert Schumann (German, 1810-1856) – Piano Quintet in E♭ major, Op. 44
• Béla Bartók (Hungarian, 1881-1945) – Piano Quintet in C major

The Masterpiece Concert Series is presented by the Pearce Family Foundation for the Arts and Social Progress and the City of Lakeway Arts Committee. This series of free chamber music concerts featuring well-known classical composers and cello and violin music is a free and family friendly event and continues the popular Lakeway Arts in the Afternoon tradition.
