Judith Baer

Judith Baer has a passion for portraits. She is a retired Professor Emerita at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey and an adjunct professor at Smith College. She does portraits as a hobby and works in oils and graphite mostly. She also enjoys taking classes over the years in various settings, most recently at U.T. which was taught by Jon Eric Narum.
