Join us for another delightful “Arts in the Afternoon” performance with a classical piano concert featuring the extraordinary Kiyoshi Tamagawa at 4:00pm on Sunday, December 11th at the Lakeway Activity Center, 105 Cross Creek, Lakeway, TX. Nutcracker Ballet kicks off Holiday Season in Lakeway
Don’t miss this free performance of the Nutcracker ballet by Metamorphosis Dance Ensemble on November 13th from 4-5pm at the Lakeway Activity Center. Austin Metamorphosis Dance Ensemble will present a classic holiday tale, The Nutcracker, that has been told through the most famous ballet in history for hundreds of years. It is through the re-imagining of this story that ballet companies across the nation have brought brilliant innovation and context that continues to inspire and excite new audiences every year. Arts in the Afternoon: Band of the Hills
Don’t miss a special outdoor Arts in the Afternoon performance on October 23rd from 4 to 5 pm at the Hurst Creek Sculpture Garden, next to the Lakeway Justice Center. This free, family friendly concert will feature music by the Band of the Hills, a community band for all ages. Band of the Hills has entertained crowds around Central Texas for more than 20 years and performs a variety of music from classical to seasonal favorites. Classical music will resonate this fall at the inaugural Lakeway Masterpiece Concert No. 1 on October 2nd from 4-5pm at the Lakeway Activity Center. The Pearce Family Foundation for the Arts and Social Progress and the City of Lakeway Arts Committee are pleased to present the brand new Masterpiece Concert Series this fall.
