Arts in the Afternoon 2023: Music, Dance and More
Throughout the year, the City of Lakeway Arts Committee presents “Arts in the Afternoon” a series of arts events from various talented and local performers. Performances include local musicians, bands, classical chamber music, dance and more. All performances are held at the Lakeway Activity Center located at 105 Cross Creek, Lakeway, TX. Think Pink at Legally Blonde: The Musical
The Lake Travis High School presents a fabulously fun award-winning musical based on an adored movie. Legally Blonde: The Musical follows the transformation of Elle Woods as she tackles stereotypes and scandal in pursuit of her dreams. Meet the Silly Sisters of Nunsense
Don’t miss Nunsense: A Musical Comedy by Dan Goggin from November 3-5 at 7:30 pm at the Lakeway Activity Center and presented by the Lakeway Players. Nunsense begins when the Little Sisters of Hoboken discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters, and they are in dire need of funds for the burials. All You Need is Love
Lakeway Sing Along returns to the Lakeway Activity Center (105 Cross Creek) this April with the glories and heartbreaks of love in a two-night dinner and musical event titled, “All You Need Is Love.” The performances will take place April 29 and April 30, and will begin with dinner at 6:30 p.m. followed by performances at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $38 and will go on sale March 21 for Lakeway Activity Center members.
