Celebrate your Valentine with Music!
There are lots of fun ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your special someone! A classical concert? A swinging dance? A special symphony performance? All are great options to celebrate Valentine’s Day (early) with your sweetheart. Here are some special Valentines themed music events we have coming up:
- Sunday Feb 12th at 4pm – Masterpiece Concert No. 2 – Classical violin, viola and cello music concert (Lakeway Activity Center)
- Monday Feb 13th at 7pm – Valentine’s Big Band Bash – Swing and jazz music big band concert with lots of dancing (Lakeway Activity Center)
And for a unique Valentine gift, surprise your special someone with Austin Symphony Orchestra tickets (starting at only $15) on Feb 14th for the upcoming concert on April 1st at the Lake Travis Performing Arts Center:
- Saturday April 1st at 7pm – A Night with the Austin Symphony Orchestra – Classical music performance with the ASO and Lake Travis High School musicians (Lake Travis Performing Arts Center)

Masterpiece Concert No. 2
Don’t miss the second performance from the acclaimed classical music Masterpiece Concert Series on Feb 12th. Andrew and Sari Pearce, along with their famous globe-trotting musician guests, will perform Mozart’s Viola Quintet in G Minor and Tchaikovsky’s Souvenir de Florence at this special Masterpiece Concert. This performance is the second event in the acclaimed Masterpiece Concert Series . This free and family friendly concert continues the popular Lakeway Arts in the Afternoon tradition. Valentine’s Big Band Bash
Calling all Valentines! Celebrate with your sweetheart at the Big Band Bash at the Lakeway Activity Center. This family-friendly event is free to the public and sponsored by the Lakeway Arts Committee and the Lakeway Parks and Recreation Department. Wear red and feel free to bring your own festive beverages and food to this terrific event.
