Did you know that drawing can be a great way to relax and de-stress? When you focus on your drawing, you are forced to slow down and be present in the moment. This can help to quiet your mind and calm your body.
Join us for a fun Adult Craft class: Draw Yourself Calm on Thursday, September 21st at 10:30am. All are invited to the Lake Travis Community Library for an adult craft session! Staff member Beth Yoder will guide you through a meditative drawing class to help you relax. She will have all the supplies you need. See you there!
