WEATHER UPDATE: The Star Wars movie has been moved to Lakeway City Hall due to the possibility of inclement weather, and we will watch it on the new LED screen in the Auditorium. Chairs will be available, and participants are also welcome to bring a blanket and spread out on the floor. Join Lake Travis Film Festival and Lakeway Airpark for their final free Summer Movie screening of the year. This time, it’s the 1980 classic comedy, Airplane! The event starts at 7:30pm at Lakeway Airpark (115 Flying Scot St, Lakeway) in an actual airplane hangar. There will be free popcorn, pizza from CraigO’s and, for the grownups, there will be free Dirty Shirleys, the official cocktail of the 2023 LTFF festival, courtesy of Tito’s Vodka. The Lake Travis Film Festival (LTFF) is an annual event that features film screenings, film panel discussions, and exciting social events. It is a film festival with an eye to showcasing filmmakers around the globe with authenticity, vision, and purpose.
