Meet the Silly Sisters of Nunsense
Don’t miss Nunsense: A Musical Comedy by Dan Goggin from November 3-5 at 7:30 pm at the Lakeway Activity Center and presented by the Lakeway Players. Nunsense begins when the Little Sisters of Hoboken discover that their cook, Sister Julia, Child of God, has accidentally poisoned 52 of the sisters, and they are in dire need of funds for the burials. Break out your Broom for the Witches Ride, Roll and Stroll
Join another fun and spooky Witches Ride, Roll and Stroll on Saturday October 22, 2022 from 6 PM to 9 PM. Bring your bicycles, tricycles, unicycles, skates, scooters, wheelchairs, golf carts, wagons, and plain ol’ walking feet to the Live Oak golf course driving range to participate in the parade. Parks & Recreation will provide streamers, glow sticks, and tape to decorate your wheels for the “flight” down Lakeway Drive! Arts in the Afternoon: Band of the Hills
Don’t miss a special outdoor Arts in the Afternoon performance on October 23rd from 4 to 5 pm at the Hurst Creek Sculpture Garden, next to the Lakeway Justice Center. This free, family friendly concert will feature music by the Band of the Hills, a community band for all ages. Band of the Hills has entertained crowds around Central Texas for more than 20 years and performs a variety of music from classical to seasonal favorites.
