Hop on over to the Eggstravaganza!
Grab your baskets and come down to Lakeway City Park (502 Hurst Creek Road) to celebrate Spring with the City’s annual Eggstravaganza! The event will kick off at 2 p.m. on Saturday, April 9 with vendors, Lakeway bunny photos and chalk art competitions. Then, between 2:45 p.m. and 3:45 p.m., special age-specific egg hunts will take place. Each hunt will also feature a ‘golden egg’ with a special prize inside. Movies in the Park Returns in 2022
Movies In the Park is an annual family friendly spring and summer time film screening series presented at Lakeway City Park. Movies are FREE to the public, located on the lower level of Lakeway City Park and will begin at dusk – approximately 6:30pm in the spring (summer at 8:45pm). Free popcorn and other treats for purchase will be available. Bring a blanket or a lawn chair to set up at our ‘Theater Under the Stars‘ featuring our NEW LED screen. Celebrate the Season at Lights On
Ho Ho Ho and Happy Holidays! Join us to kick off the holiday season at the Lights On event on December 4th from 6-8pm marks the first lighting of the Trail of Lights behind City Hall. We invite you to join us for fun in the parking lot at City Hall (at the corner of Sailmaster and Lohman’s). Have fun decorating cookies and roasting a marshmallow at the fire pit! We will be collecting donations of non-perishable food items to benefit Lake Travis Crisis Ministries. Get your Brooms ready for the Witches Ride
It’s the most spooktacular time of the year! Join us for the Witches Ride on Saturday October 30, 2021 Time: 6 PM to 9 PM. All ages, genders and abilities are invited to attend this fun community event. What is a Witches Ride? Women dress up as witches, ride their brooms (bikes) and throw candy to the little monsters (kids) along the posted route. ALL children are welcome to come out and enjoy the free candy.
