Congratulations to the 2023 Lakeway Photo Festival Winners!
The City of Lakeway Arts Committee is proud to announce the winning photos for the 2023 Lakeway Photo Festival! There were 164 beautiful digital photographs entered from 54 talented local photographers – the most ever! The categories this year were Artistic, Community, Nature/Greenery, Nature/Sky, Nature/Water, Pets, Wildlife/Birds and Wildlife/Critters. Thanks to everyone who attended the awards reception and special thanks to our live jazz musicians and talented honors band saxophonists, Nick and Luka, who played so beautifully in the 100 degree heat! Join Us for Jazz & Art at the Lakeway Photo Festival Reception!
Join us for a jazzy celebration of all the talented local photographers who entered the 21st Annual Lakeway Photo Festival this year! There were 164 beautiful photographs entered from 54 talented local Lakeway photographers. On Sunday June 11th at 4pm, Lakeway photographers, friends, and families are invited to attend the 21st Lakeway Photo Festival Awards Reception where the winners and honorable mentions will be announced. All are welcome to enjoy an arts filled afternoon admiring the outstanding winning photos while listening to live jazz and enjoying cookies and refreshments. Awards reception will be held at the Lakeway Activity Center (105 Cross Creek). See you there!

Enter the 2023 Lakeway Photo Festival
Celebrating its 21st year, the Lakeway Photo Festival showcases both the unique beauty of our area and the amazing talents of our local photographers. This year the photo categories include Artistic, Community, Nature (Sky, Water and Greenery), Pets and Wildlife (Deer, Birds and Critters) plus a brand new category celebrating the 60th Anniversary of Lakeway called Heritage. Amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to enter. All photos must be taken in the City of Lakeway and by residents within the Lake Travis ISD area. Submit your entries starting April 1 and ending May 20, 2023. Awards reception will be held Sunday June 11th at the Lakeway Activity Center from 4-5pm.…

Jazzy Celebration for the 2022 Lakeway Photo Festival
The City of Lakeway Arts Committee celebrates the winners of the 20th Annual Lakeway Photo Festival for 2022! There were 103 beautiful photographs entered from 36 talented local Lakeway photographers. On Sunday May 22nd, many of these Lakeway photographers, friends, and families attended the 20th Lakeway Photo Festival Awards Reception. It was a beautiful arts filled afternoon spent admiring the outstanding winning photos while enjoying cookies and lemonade. Special thanks to our talented Hudson Bend Middle School band student Nick who entertained everyone on his saxophone with classic and modern jazz favorites in the courtyard! Congratulations to all the winners and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year!
