Arts in the Afternoon: Band of the Hills
Don’t miss a special outdoor Arts in the Afternoon performance on October 23rd from 4 to 5 pm at the Hurst Creek Sculpture Garden, next to the Lakeway Justice Center. This free, family friendly concert will feature music by the Band of the Hills, a community band for all ages. Band of the Hills has entertained crowds around Central Texas for more than 20 years and performs a variety of music from classical to seasonal favorites. Enjoy a beautiful afternoon in the park with some wonderful live music! Brought to you by the City of Lakeway Arts Committee. See you there!

Classical music will resonate this fall at the inaugural Lakeway Masterpiece Concert No. 1 on October 2nd from 4-5pm at the Lakeway Activity Center. Masterpiece Concert Series
The Pearce Family Foundation for the Arts and Social Progress and the City of Lakeway Arts Committee are pleased to present the Masterpiece Concert Series. Started in the Fall of 2022 as a part of the highly popular Arts in the Afternoon series, this series of chamber music concerts focusses on cello and violin music featuring well known classical composers. Founding musicians Andrew and Sari Pearce, along with professional orchestra guest musicians, will perform some of the most beautiful classical music ever written. A Night With The Austin Symphony Orchestra
Mark your calendars for March 26, 2022 when members of the Austin Symphony Orchestra and students with Lake Travis High School perform together at “A Night with the Austin Symphony Orchestra.” Maestro Peter Bay will conduct the performance with participation by Anna Macias, Director for the Lake Travis High School Orchestra and Richard Hicks, Director for the Lake Travis High School Band.
