Arts in the Afternoon: Lakeway Masterpiece Concert No. 5

Join us for Masterpiece Concert No. 5, taking place on Sunday, February 4th from 4-5 pm at the Lakeway Activity Center. Enjoy the exquisite melodies of renowned musicians Andrew and Sari Pearce, accompanied by their esteemed guests from around the globe. This free, family-friendly event is part of the Lakeway Arts in the Afternoon concert series.

This concert begins with a performance of Felix Mendelssohn’s String Quartet, Op. 13 and Johannes Brahms’ Piano Quintet, Op. 34, masterfully presented by founding musicians Andrew and Sari Pearce alongside professional orchestra guest musicians. This exceptional concert promises an unforgettable afternoon of musical brilliance.

Violins: Eunice Keem (Associate Concertmaster, Dallas Symphony) and Sari Pearce
Viola: Matt Sinno (Associate Principal Viola, Dallas Symphony)
Cello: Andrew Pearce, Founder

The Masterpiece Concert Series is presented by the Pearce Family Foundation for the Arts and Social Progress and the City of Lakeway Arts Committee. This series of free chamber music concerts featuring well-known classical composers and cello and violin music is a free and family friendly event and continues the popular Lakeway Arts in the Afternoon tradition.
