Celebrate “Women in Art 2024” this February and March
The Lakeway Arts District and Bee Cave Arts Foundation present “Women in Art 2024”, a special two month-long art exhibition celebrating Women’s History from February 3rd – March 22nd at the The Hive Gallery in the Hill Country Galleria. This creative exhibit showcasing a diverse array of paintings, drawings, sculptures, mixed media, and fiber arts by 68 local women artists was inspired by women’s history, health, beauty, motherhood and equality.
We invite you to join us at the Opening Party on February 3rd from 2-4pm and the Artist Reception on March 2nd from 2-4pm. Artist demonstrations will include Gelli prints, Zentangle drawings and watercolors on February 3rd. On March 2nd, we will enjoy the Wildflowers singers, more art demonstrations and a hands-on art factory!

Here are some of the upcoming Women in Art events you won’t want to miss:
- February 3rd – Opening Party from 2-4pm with various artist demonstrations
- March 2nd – Artist Reception from 2-4pm with “Wildflowers” singers, artist demonstrations and a hands-on art activity
- March 8th – Happy International Women’s Day!

Feel free to visit anytime during this special exhibit at The Hive Gallery located at 12700 Hill Country Blvd Suite T125, Austin, TX 78738 (map) across from Barnes & Noble in the Hill Country Galleria. The gallery hours are Wednesday to Saturday from 1-5pm.
