Meet a Pilot!

Kids and adults of all ages are welcome to come by to see cool planes and meet friendly local pilots at the Lakeway Airpark from 8:30-9:30 am. Free balsa wood planes for the kids! 

About the Airpark:

Lakeway Airpark was chartered in 1995 (from an original private ranch runway built in 1962) and is located in Lakeway Texas at 115 Flying Scot Street. It is not for profit and run by its membership which consists of homeowners at the airpark, aircraft owners that live in Lakeway* and boosters of the airport. The airpark sits on 39 acres and boasts a 4000′ runway, ramp, fuel, small terminal building, bathroom and private hangars. About 30 homes have direct taxi access to the runway. It is open from sunrise to sunset, protects its quiet and peaceful reputation and welcomes pilots and visitors alike.
