The Summer Arts Festival is a day-long event hosted by Contracommon on the Hill Country Galleria’s central plaza in early June. Attendance is completely FREE of charge! This festival directly supports the emerging artists and makers of Central Texas by connecting them with a huge community of art lovers throughout west Austin and the Hill Country. Our third annual Summer Arts Festival will be back and bigger than ever. With the addition of a juried regional exhibition in the Contracommon gallery, space for 45+ artist vendors, longer event hours, live music all day, and our Children’s Art Garden full of fun and free art activities, 2023 is is already looking BIG.
