Classical music will resonate this fall at the inaugural Lakeway Masterpiece Concert No. 1 on October 2nd from 4-5pm at the Lakeway Activity Center. The Pearce Family Foundation for the Arts and Social Progress, in partnership with the City of Lakeway Arts Committee, is proud to present a chamber music series dedicated to the timeless works of classical masters. Founded by musicians Andrew and Sari Pearce (bios below), the series features the duo performing alongside distinguished guest musicians in an exploration of cello and violin repertoire. Arts in the Afternoon: Band of the Hills
Save the date for the next Arts in the Afternoon performance on February 27 from 4 pm to 5 pm at the Lakeway Activity Center, 105 Cross Creek. This FREE concert will feature music by the Band of the Hills, a community band for all ages. Band of the Hills has entertained crowds around Central Texas for more than 20 years and performs a variety of music from classical to seasonal favorites.
