Ready to turn your artistic talents into a vibrant and colorful garden? Stop by on Saturday and get inspired with the Lakeway Garden Club at their Open House at the Lake Travis Community Library on April 22nd from 12-2pm. The Lakeway Garden Club will offer an overview of the club, its upcoming projects and how to become a member for free. Bee Cave Buzzfest is an award-winning annual tech-art festival featuring nationally acclaimed electronic music performers and immersive light and sound art installations. The Bee Cave BuzzFest was created by an interdisciplinary team of artists, designers, technologists, engineers, and creative entrepreneurs to create a huge art and sound installation with video art projections, immersive multichannel sound, original electronic music compositions, and choreographed performances featuring light-reactive props and costumes. Historical Lakeway Highlighted on Heritage Tour
Join the City of Lakeway Heritage Committee for one of these three popular historic bus tours. The tours take you to several historical landmarks throughout Lakeway. The free bus tours are scheduled to leave Lakeway City Hall at 9:15 a.m., 11:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m. with committee members and volunteers guiding each tour, which lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes. If you’re interested in joining us on one of these free tours, please register to attend. There is no better way to kick off the holidays than at Lights On! at the City Hall in Lakeway! This event marks the beginning of the holiday season in Lakeway with the first lighting of the Trail of Lights behind City Hall.
