Lakeway Arts District is proud to announce a new initiative to compile the first comprehensive Artist Directory for the greater Lakeway, TX area. Until now, there has not been a free and publicly available Artist Directory for our diverse Lakeway area complete with artists from visual, performing, applied, digital, and literary arts. Bee Cave Buzzes with a Call for Local Artists
Call for Artists! The Bee Cave Arts Foundation announces The Bees of Bee Cave, a public art exhibition featuring 10 Bee Sculptures designed by local artists to reflect the creative freedom of the artist and visually engage the community and visitors at the Hill Country Galleria in Bee Cave Texas. The Bees will be on display for 6 months, then enter into an auction to be moved to their permanent homes. Submission deadline is August 15, 2020. Good luck to all the artists! March is Youth Art Month
UPDATED 3/15/2020: Due to COVID-19 outbreak, the Lake Travis Community Library has been closed indefinitely. We hope to see you there when it reopens. Stay healthy and safe! The greater Lakeway community is invited to the 2020 Youth Art Month Exhibition at the Lake Travis Community Library on display from March 2 through March 29, 2020.
