Eagle Scout Service Project Breathes New Life into Dragon Park
Local middle school student and Life Scout Nick spearheaded an initiative to renovate and revitalize part of Lakeway’s Dragon Park as his Eagle Scout Service Project, breathing new life into the beloved neighborhood recreational space. With a passion for enhancing the park’s amenities, Nick planned, developed and led his service project for BSA Troop 52 scouts and volunteers to meticulously refurbish the basketball court, adding red, white and blue patriotic nets, freshly painted court lines, and two foursquare courts for younger players.
