Get Ready for Inspiration Fest
Lakeway Church’s Inspiration Fest will be a day-long, family-friendly celebration of creative gifts on April 23, 2022. More than an art fair, the Fest will feature exhibits, demonstrations, workshops, and talks on a wide variety of artistic endeavors such as painting, cooking, gardening, writing, photography, pottery, sculpting, acting, music and more. The event is free for the public to attend. Doors open at 10 am and the event closes at 4 pm. Donations from participants and attendees help support The Refuge. Ready to Inspire Others? BuzzFest Lights Up Bee Cave
If you are interested in a truly unique, family friendly, and immersive experience, join us at the intersection of art and technology at BuzzFest! BuzzFest is an award-winning annual tech-art festival featuring nationally acclaimed electronic music performers and immersive light and sound art installations. Arts in the Afternoon: Band of the Hills
Save the date for the next Arts in the Afternoon performance on February 27 from 4 pm to 5 pm at the Lakeway Activity Center, 105 Cross Creek. This FREE concert will feature music by the Band of the Hills, a community band for all ages. Band of the Hills has entertained crowds around Central Texas for more than 20 years and performs a variety of music from classical to seasonal favorites. Don’t miss it as TexARTS brings to life a reimagined version of Stephen Sondheim’s grisly 1979 masterpiece “Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street“. A Night With The Austin Symphony Orchestra
Mark your calendars for March 26, 2022 when members of the Austin Symphony Orchestra and students with Lake Travis High School perform together at “A Night with the Austin Symphony Orchestra.” Maestro Peter Bay will conduct the performance with participation by Anna Macias, Director for the Lake Travis High School Orchestra and Richard Hicks, Director for the Lake Travis High School Band.
